FEES AND PAYMENT

ScriptMint reserves the right to require payment of fees for certain or all Services. You shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Website in connection with such Services selected by you. ScriptMint reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the Website. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges.

REFUND POLICY

ScriptMint has strict refund policy for any services/products available in this website. You should read this refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our product or using any of our services. ScriptMint refund policy is divided in two different categories as below:

Downloading products from website: It is strongly recommended for you to go through through the demonstration of the product thoroughly including the pre-requisites mentioned in the support portal. All the products available for purchase in our website includes live demonstration in form of web application or video demonstration. You become eligible to use/edit/modify the product as per the license terms mentioned here once you purchase the product. In case you are unable to install the application in your computer/server, you can request for installation support. If ScriptMint fails to provide you installation support, you can request for refund within 15 days of purchase. Your request will be considered and will be refunded by ScriptMint within 48 working hours of your request.
If you are failed to make refund request within 15 days of your purchase, you will not be able to get refund after that.
As product is digital in nature, once you install the product, it cannot be controlled by ScriptMint, therefore ScriptMint doesn't offer any kind of refund after installation of the product.
If any time after download, you violate license term of ScriptMint, you will not be able to get refund even if you not installed the product.
You are also advised to download the product immediately after purchase as the product can be removed any time by ScriptMint. If you are fail to download the product 7 days after purchase, you will not be able to get any refund.

Using development services of ScriptMint: If you are making payment for using our development services, you need to make payment in advance as agreed earlier. You may request for refund within 24 hours of making the payment. Your request will be considered and your amount will be refunded after deduction of payment gateway charge.
If you request refund after 24 hours, you will only be able to get 50% or equivalent to the percentage of job left will refund within first week of development & no amount will be refunded back after 7 days of making payment.
