This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which ScriptMint ("we", "our", "us") provides refunds for its products and services, including InstiKit (SaaS), downloadable products, and development services.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to ScriptMint are subject to this Refund Policy.
  • By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days.

2. SaaS (InstiKit Subscription)

For InstiKit (cloud-based school ERP):

  • We may offer a demo or trial before purchase. Users are strongly encouraged to evaluate the platform before subscribing.
  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
  • Partial usage periods
  • Unused features
  • Change of mind after activation

Exceptions (at our discretion)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service is not activated after payment, or
  • There is a proven technical issue from our side preventing usage, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time

3. Downloadable Products (Scripts / Software)

For products purchased and downloaded from our website:

  • All products are digital in nature and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
  • We strongly recommend reviewing:
  • Live demos
  • Documentation
  • System requirements

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if:

  • You are unable to install the product, AND
  • Our team fails to provide installation hello

    In such cases:

    • Refund request must be made within 15 days of purchase
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days

    No Refund Conditions

    Refunds will not be provided if:

    • The product has been installed successfully
    • You change your mind after purchase
    • You fail to meet system requirements
    • You violate license terms
    • You fail to download the product within 7 days of purchase

4. Development Services

For custom development services:

  • Payments are made in advance as per agreed terms

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests within 24 hours of payment:
  • Full refund (minus payment gateway charges)
  • After 24 hours and within first 7 days:
  • Partial refund based on work completed
  • After 7 days:
  • No refund will be provided

5. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases
